Graduated with highest honors from the “Scontrino” Conservatory in
Trapani, she specialized with Vittoria Mazzoni, Simone Alaimo, and Elizabeth
Smith. She attended the Rossini Academy under Alberto Zedda, the Opera
Studio at the Accademia di Santa Cecilia with Renata Scotto, and the
Placido Domingo Academy in Valencia, as well as the Young Singers Project
in Salzburg. Winner of international competitions, she has collaborated with
conductors such as Gatti, Gardiner, Pappano, Davis, and Lanzillotta. She has
sung at La Scala, Salzburg, Rossini Opera Festival, Glyndebourne, Teatro
dell’Opera di Roma, San Carlo in Naples, and many others. Major operas include:
Giulio Cesare, L’Incoronazione di Poppea, Ariadne
auf Naxos, Aci, Galatea e Polifemo, Silla, Rigoletto,
Carmen, Gianni Schicchi, Il viaggio a Reims, and
Falstaff.
